American Screening, LLC is currently seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our team!
Do you have experience with receiving, handling freight, returns, and transfers? If so, go ahead and apply for this position.

· Must be able to move large boxes (40 - 60lbs)
· 1-2 years minimum previous experience in shipping and receiving
· Must possess great attention to detail and organizational abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Positive, persistent, dependable and resilient with a strong work ethic
· Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and high energy
· Ability to embrace change with enthusiasm
· Thrives in a fast paced environment
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Job responsibilities:
· Maintain the warehousing, receiving and distribution operations by following all operational and personnel policies and procedures
· Ensure the warehouse is in a state of good housekeeping for safety and inventory control.
· Picking and Packing products for shipping (Must be able to move large packages).
· Receiving products from manufacturers.
· Stocking inventory and ensuring time sensitive products are rotated properly.
Forklift certification and OSHA knowledge is a plus.
Work Shift is: M-F 8AM-5PM or 8:30AM - 5:30PM some overtime possible.
Must have attention to detail, THIS IS A MUST!
Summary
As a Warehouse Receiving Clerk, you will be essential in managing the flow of goods into the distribution center, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes. Your core skills in order fulfillment and warehouse operations will be vital for maintaining inventory accuracy. With familiarity with warehouse management systems, you will enhance efficiency in daily tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, will support your role in coordinating shipments and adhering to safety standards, contributing to a well-functioning warehouse environment.
