Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads through effective communication and needs assessment.
  • Engage potential customers and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales pitches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or screening industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
