HR Tech Tradeshow Lead Qualifier & Appointment Setter

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Appointment Setter & Lead Qualifier to represent our company at the HR Technology Conference, Sept 16–18, 2025, at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. Your role will be to proactively engage attendees, qualify them as leads, collect key information, and set follow-up appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact, making a strong impression and ensuring our booth generates high-quality opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Approach and engage attendees walking by the booth with confidence and professionalism.
• Ask qualifying questions to quickly identify decision-makers and potential clients.
• Gather full contact details (name, title, company, email, phone, etc.).
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team.
• Input lead information into our CRM/lead capture system accurately and efficiently.
• Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or trade show booth engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, approachable personality with no hesitation in stopping attendees.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate our products/services.
• Organized and detail-oriented when capturing lead information.
• Must be available on-site in Las Vegas during Sept 16–18, 2025.
