- Administer vaccinations safely and confidently
- Administer IV for IV therapy safely and confidently
- Support and lead health screening events (community, employer-based, mobile, or onsite)
- Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism and discretion
- Learn about Travel Requirements within countries
- Assist with startup operations, including:
- Developing and refining clinical workflows

- Identifying process improvements and efficiencies
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Represent the organization with integrity at community and partner events
- Collaborate closely with leadership to help grow services and offerings
- Active and unrestricted Colorado RN or LPN license
- Proven competency in phlebotomy, IV, and injections/vaccinations
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of trustworthiness, reliability, and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-style environment
- Willingness to take initiative and wear multiple hats when needed
- Experience with mobile clinics, community health events, or occupational health
- Startup, small practice, or entrepreneurial experience
- Leadership mindset with interest in business growth and ownership
- Bilingual skills (a plus, not required)
