Location: Remote or Shreveport, LA (On-site)
Type: Full-Time | Base + High Commission
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with qualified prospects
- Close deals via Zoom, phone, and email communication
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing/contracts
- Manage pipeline and deal stages in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Collaborate with SDRs/appointment setters for smooth handoffs
- Consistently hit revenue and closing targets
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture decision-makers
- Close rate % on qualified leads
- Monthly revenue generated
- Deal cycle time
- Pipeline conversion efficiency
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales closing experience (MUST)
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals
- Strong objection handling & negotiation skills
- Experience with Zoom demos and consultative selling
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, HR tech, or compliance solutions
- Background in API-based or technical product sales
- Familiarity with US market & B2B sales cycles
- Base Salary + High Commission Structure
